Important Stuff
The Mouvmat is a piece of physical hardware bundled with a variety of programmed games designed specifically with an older-adult demographic in mind. For our summer Co-Op, two Sheridan Game Designers (us!) were tasked with the development, manufacturing and coding of the equipment as well as any design problems with any games produced.

Extensive documentation including GDDs, flow charts, compilation documents and gathering of research

Helped with the design process of the Mouvmat's second prototype and assembly

Coded and designed two games for the Mouvmat using C# and Python

Conducted interviews in-person with older adults and LTC staff

Iterated designs of games according to feedback

Headed by Charlene Chu, assistant professor at the Faculty of Nursing via U of T
